alternative available for you.
We have developed a special high density liquid
polymer, that we mold into machineable blocks, tubes, cylinders,
sheets, or just about any shape and size you desire.
Our rigid polymer material has a 75 Shore “D”
hardness, and can be easily machined, cut, milled, drilled, tapped,
and turned using standard cutting tools.
After tooling, the material can be sanded and
polished to achieve a high gloss finish.
The
high impact resistance, hardness, ease of machining and excellent
physical properties, makes it a superior choice over high priced
synthetic materials or even aluminum. And, because it is so fast
and easy to machine, (and competitively priced), our customers
