We have extensive experience in working with all types of polyurethanes;
MDI, TDI, polyester, polyether, hybrid blends, filled systems, foams,
gels, and spray. We offer a wide range of material options for both
room temperature and hot pour applications. Polyurethane durometers
span from soft gel to “bowling ball” hard, and they
are available in a variety of colors. We
have the capability of producing almost any size part, from less
than an ounce to over 3,000 lbs. Order quantity can be a single
piece or a large volume production run, any quantity fits us.
We accept furnished molds or we can produce one for you, using
a mold material that best suits your specific application; aluminum,
steel, plastic, polyurethane, foam, or silicone rubber, we make
